First Nations Memorandum of Understanding
In September 2013, Pieridae signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Assembly of Mi’kmaq Chiefs through the Kwilmu’kw Maw-klusuagn (also known as the Mi’kmaq Rights Initiative). The purpose and focus of the MOU is to guide ongoing discussions regarding a Collaborative Benefits Agreement (CBA) between the Project and the Mi’kmaq communities.
